This section describes the implementing the NZQA processes.

NZQA imports and exports are used to manage Unit Standards data provided by the NZQA, and to export Unit Standard and NZ Diploma in Business results for submission to NZQA.

ebs allows you to import Unit Standards data provided by NZQA in ‘Units’ files, and also to use the ‘Accreds’ files provided by NZQA to maintain the records of which Unit Standards your institution is accredited to deliver. The export functionality allows you to export both Unit Standard and NZ Diploma in Business results data in the format laid down by the NZQA.
